- Lead the overall design and development of distribution and power transformers
- Able to lead the team of electrical engineers, coordinating with various stakeholders for day-to-day activities.
- Guide and review work of design teams in winding design, core design, insulation, mechanical/tank design, and accessories.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and design approvals.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design/manufacturing issues.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design documentation.
