2. Comprehensive Equipment Commissioning and Testing Verification: Independently complete full set of handover tests including transformer DC resistance, turns ratio, insulation, voltage withstand, and grounding; verify functions of tap changers, temperature control systems, cooling fans, protection accessories, and match on-site system voltage parameters to ensure equipment performance meets factory standards and US specifications.

3. Equipment Interlock Commissioning and Issue Rectification: Coordinate on-site switchgear, secondary circuits, and relay protection system interlock commissioning, check equipment wiring logic and protection settings, troubleshoot and fix manufacturer-side issues such as equipment wiring, function compatibility, and parameter matching.

4. Acceptance Support and Documentation Handover: Assist owners, general contractors, third-party NETA testing, and local grid inspections, provide equipment factory certifications, test data, and technical documentation; address any equipment issues raised during acceptance, complete corrective actions, and issue compliant English test reports, equipment commissioning records, and after-sales delivery documents.

5. On-Site Warranty and Trial Operation Support: Responsible for full monitoring during transformer no-load and load trial operation, monitoring equipment temperature rise, abnormal noises, oil level, control signals, and other operating conditions, anticipate and handle equipment anomalies promptly, ensuring smooth equipment commissioning.

6. Equipment After-Sales Maintenance and Fault Handling: Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing transformer components within the warranty period, recording equipment operation and fault logs, providing routine on-site after-sales technical support, and completing final handover of project equipment.

Requirements:

1. Equipment Expertise: Proficient in the structure, principles, factory standards, and performance parameters of US-standard 15kV/35kV data center dry-type and oil-immersed transformers. Skilled in operating the full set of high-voltage testing equipment, able to independently complete full equipment commissioning, performance testing, and data analysis, and accurately identify device faults versus installation compatibility issues.

2. On-site Adaptability: Familiar with the high-redundancy power supply architecture of US data centers and equipment startup logic. Understands on-site grid connection and trial operation standards, and can accurately coordinate with construction teams, general contractors, and the grid to complete equipment delivery and acceptance, avoiding startup risks.

3. Problem-solving Skills: Has extensive hands-on experience handling transformer after-sales issues. Can quickly troubleshoot common problems in electrical systems, control, temperature control, and protection matching, and independently complete on-site rectification, repair, and optimization.

4. Delivery and Compliance: Skilled at writing equipment commissioning reports, test records, and after-sales acceptance documents in English, fully compliant with US owner, third-party NETA, and grid acceptance standards. Familiar with NEC, NFPA70E, OSHA1910.269 compliance requirements and strictly follows on-site safety operation protocols.

5. Communication and Service: Good English communication skills on-site, able to independently coordinate with foreign owners, general contractors, and testing agencies, clearly convey manufacturer solutions, rectification plans, and maintenance standards, efficiently completing the after-sales technical service loop.
