Bozena Odobasic is the young new Sustainability specialist who joined KONCAR – Distribution and Special Transformers team in 2023. This marks her first foray into the world of sustainability in the transformers industry. As a graduate of the Sustainable Biotechnology Master’s degree from Aalborg University in Denmark, she has a strong foundation on what sustainability encompasses and how to apply it in the industry. Within her current role she is also responsible for non-financial reporting of the company as well as coordinating all projects relating to sustainability.
